England v Jamaica, Lionesses v Reggae Girlz.
This will be England's last game before they defend their title in Switzerland.
The Lionesses have much better home form, winning against Portugal and Spain, but they lost to Spain and Belgium in the reserve fixture of the Nations League.
Recent performance
England are unbeaten in their last six home international fixtures, scoring 15 goals and conceding once. If they can get another win, it would be a significant boost ahead of the group of death.
England won 5-0 at Wembley against Portugal, with Aggie-Beever Jones scoring a hat-trick, the second Lioness after Beth Mead to score a hat-trick under the arch. However, they lost 2-1 after going ahead in the first half through Alessia Russo against Spain.
While at the beginning of June, Jamaica lost 4-0 to the USA, they also lost to Mexico twice in the space of days, with a goal margin of 7-0 over both games; their last win was in February against Peru in a 2-0 victory.
Starting lineup
Team news
She will likely be her preferred starting XI for tonight's tournament, except Lauren James, who is not fit enough to start.
While there was speculation she would give one of the uncapped goalkeepers a chance to get some game time, at least if anything happens to Hannah Hampton, the manager debunked this rumour in the pre-match press conference at St George's Park yesterday.
LJ has deemed all the lionesses fit, including Georgia Stanway, who played only 45 minutes against Spain.
Jamaica is missing some crucial stars, including Bunny Shaw, who won the Golden Boot for Manchester City this season, Liverpool's Taylor Hinds, and Tottenham's Drew Spence.
The likely lineup will be
- Hannah Hampton
- Lucy Bronze
- Niamh Charles
- Leah Williamson
- Alex Greenwood
- Keira Walsh
- Ella Toone
- Lauren Hemp
- Georgia Stanway
- Beth Mead
- Alessia Russo (Instead of Lauren James)
Fun Facts
Like Drew Spence, Becky Spencer represented England before switching alliances to Jamaica.
This is the first time England and Jamaica have faced each other in a senior women's international fixture.
The lionesses have lost as many matches (two) as they did in their previous 17 encounters, so they are definitely hitting a rough patch, but these losses are against big teams like Spain.
Jamaica have lost their last three games against the USA and Mexico.
Lauren James
The forward has not played in three months after being substituted in England's match against Belgium in April, but she will likely be a supersub against Jamaica.
Wiegman said, “We have to manage the minutes. She's doing well, but she hasn't played games yet.
“But she's in a good place.
"She will likely come off the bench.
She showed up well during the training sessions.
“She could cope with loads and recover from loads.
"Her performance has been excellent. She's ready; we're just still growing into minutes.
“This is the first time in a while that she's coming into a game.
"She needs to get through that.
“Then we'll take it from there towards the tournament."
Carter put it to the point: “She looks so fresh and sharp.
“She is a pain to play against.
“Good luck to anyone playing against her in the tournament."
