The FIFA council has appointed London as the host city of the final phase of the 2026 Women’s Champions Cup. Which will have four matches between 28th January to 1st February.
Venues haven’t been confirmed yet, but Arsenal and NJ/NY Gotham FC are already through.
The dates for next year’s Women's Africa Cup of Nations also confirmed- 17th March to 3rd April.
The international women’s football competition organised by FIFA.
The competition will feature the clubs champions from all six continentals confederations to compete in annually expect in years when the FIFA Women’s Club World Cup is held.
The competition involves six teams in the semi-final ans final will be played in London as it has to be a neutral venue so likely Wembley.
- Round 1: The champions of the AFC Women's Champions League hosts the champions of the OFC Women's Champions League.
- Round 2: The champions of the CAF Women's Champions League hosts the winner from Round 1.
- Semi-finals: The Round 2 winner advances to play the champions of the UEFA Women's Champions League, while the champions of the CONCACAF W Champions Cup face the champions of the Copa Libertadores Femenina.
- Final and third-place match: The semi-final winners contest the final, and the losers play in the third-place match.
The current clubs are:
- Gotham FC- winners of the 2024/25 CONCACAF W Champions Cup.
- Arsenal- winner of the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League.
- Wuhan Jiangda- winner of the 2024/25 AFC Women’s Champions League
- Auckland United- winner of the 2025 OFC Women’s Champions League
