Chelsea has unfort  released state saying Chelsea women will not give autographic and photos for safe

The club released a statement: “There were occasions last season that led to concerns about the safety and security of supporters and players, largely due to the rising numbers seeking signatures and selfies before and after the games.” I have taken a photo with Guro Reiten at Stamford Bridge; however, they are more equipped to handle the demand and have the capacity and space.

This has come from the game's growing attention and attendance and with those come problems and entitlement. It has been made clear that this cannot occur at the Kingsmeadow ground. It is unknown if this will occur at Stamford Bridge, where there are more space and safety measures in control, plus the staff who have the training. Kingsmeadw was formerly the home of the men's club AFC Wimbledon, which had only a capacity of nearly 5,000, so it was not created for the demand it now has.

The fan advisory has completed a review of the decision and given their support, saying that ultimately, it's a “tough decision” but an “essential one.” Due to the growth in attendance across the game, stopping at the end of every fixture is less feasible. They said, “We understand some fans will be disappointed with the changes; matchday has become unsafe inside and outside the stadium, and players are getting necessary abuse if they do not stop.”

Some fans have commented that Chelsea should take note of Manchester City. The latter has a particular autograph alley you can put in for a ballot to access. It reduces the abuse players receive for ignoring one child's request.

Chelsea has yet to comment on an alternative format that could be used.

England players now do a lap around the pitch after the match to applaud the fans and show their appreciation; however, in my experience, they do not always come up to loads of fans unless something distinct, like a mask of Kiera Walsh's face collected by Leah Williamson. However, with it being an England game, there is a higher level of security in an international game than in a club. Also, they will likely play at the Premier League or Wembley Stadium, which has enough space for the fans to stand after without crushing them and the security to manage them. It is not always realistic for players to meet the demands of a larger crowd; if they come to their area, it's the luck of the draw.
